How do I place an order?
Open a product, choose quantity and pack size, add it to cart and send the cart on WhatsApp. Our team confirms availability, final price, delivery charges and payment details before dispatch.
Why is ordering handled on WhatsApp?
Many products are batch-based. WhatsApp confirmation helps us avoid wrong stock, outdated prices, unclear delivery charges and incorrect pack sizes.
Are all products always available?
No. Availability can change by batch and demand. Please confirm current stock on WhatsApp before making payment or planning bulk orders.
How do I know the final price?
Product pages show available price information, but the final bill is confirmed on WhatsApp based on selected pack size, quantity and delivery location.
Do you deliver outside Mandsaur?
Share your city and pincode on WhatsApp. We will confirm whether delivery is possible, expected timeline and charges.
What payment methods are available?
Payment options are confirmed manually on WhatsApp. Please do not send payment until the team confirms order details.
Can I use skin or hair care products directly?
For personal-care products, read the usage and safety notes first. Patch testing is recommended. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Are your claims medical claims?
No. Product information is for traditional use, personal care or home use. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment guidance.
Are FSSAI, GST or licence numbers shown?
Only verified numbers will be displayed on the website. We do not publish invented certification details.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us on the same day with photos, product details and delivery information. We will review replacement or support options based on the issue.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation depends on shipping status and product condition.

What is Panchgavya?
Panchgavya refers to the five products of the desi Indian cow — gomutra (urine), gomay (dung), dugdha (milk), dahi (curd) and ghee. Together they form the basis of many traditional Ayurvedic, agricultural and household preparations. Gau Amrit products use Panchgavya sourced directly from our gaushala in Sitamau.
Are your products vegetarian?
Yes. All Gau Amrit Naturals products are vegetarian. Panchgavya-based products use cow-derived ingredients (no slaughter involved). No animal testing is conducted on any product.
Are products suitable for all skin types?
Most of our skin and hair care products are formulated for general use. However, individual skin types vary. We recommend a patch test before using any new product. If you have a specific skin condition, consult a dermatologist before use.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. For bulk orders, gaushala suppliers, temple trusts or resellers, please WhatsApp us with your requirements. We can confirm pricing, minimum order quantity and dispatch timelines for bulk orders.
Do you have a physical store?
We operate from Sitamau, District Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. You are welcome to visit, but please call or WhatsApp before coming so we can confirm team availability and guide you to our location.
Are dhoopbatti and havan cups made from real cow dung?
Yes. Our havan cups, kande and dhoopbatti sticks are made from gomay — sun-dried desi Indian cow dung — collected from our own gaushala. No charcoal, coal powder or synthetic binders are used.
