Return / Replacement

Food and natural products are not generally returnable after opening. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos on the same day of delivery so we can review replacement options.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation depends on shipping status and product condition.
